Located along the scenic North Oconee River in Lula, Georgia, DiscLula was built on property first acquired by the Watkins family in the 1970s. What began as a beautiful stretch of North Georgia countryside has evolved into one of the region's most distinctive outdoor destinations, achieving the vision of Leah and Kirk Watkins.
Today, DiscLula features two premier coursesO.G. and Red Hawk each designed to work in harmony with the natural terrain. From rolling hills and wooded fairways to signature features like the iconic Chicken Shack hole, every element of the courses reflects thoughtful design and a commitment to creating a memorable playing experience.
DiscLula's roots in outdoor adventure run deep. The property was once home to North Georgia Canopy Tours, a zipline destination that welcomed over 100,000 guests. That same spirit of adventure continues today through world-class disc golf, scenic landscapes, and a growing destination experience.
Under the leadership of Director of Operations Jody McCall, the Red Hawk Course expanded DiscLula's reputation, helping establish it as one of the top disc golf destinations in Georgia.
